The Human Resource Management minor is designed to develop a basic understanding of managing human resources from organizational structure to operations to compliance. Human Resources is an integral and essential aspect of every organization.
The Human Resource Management minor complements a variety of bachelor’s degrees, such as Management, Psychology and Human Resource Development.
