Graphic Design, Minor

The Graphic Design minor will introduce students to the elements and principles of design, develop their visual communication skills, and gain technical skills for the development of print and digital media. The curriculum focuses on equipping students to be able to use design skills to supplement other areas of study. Students are given the tools to create compelling and effective visuals that communicate messages clearly. The minor consists of seven total courses—four core courses, and three electives that students can tailor to gain more experience in either print or digital medias.

Admission requirements: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
