Lindsey Back joined the Office of Institutional Research in January 2016 as a Senior Analyst. Lindsey brings with her 7 years’ experience in higher education research at DePaul University, where she served as the Assistant Director of the McNair Scholars Program within the Center for Access and Attainment. She was responsible for coordinating and evaluating student services and outcomes, as well as university and federal reporting. As a Senior Analyst in the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, she will be managing the administration of annual alumni surveys, the biennial NSSE survey, and in-house surveys of internal constituents, as well as state reporting.
