Å·²©ÓÎÏ·¹ÙÍø

The NEIU Foundation Board of Directors is the governing body of the NEIU Foundation. Membership is typically between 10 and 15 elected volunteers who are responsible for supporting the NEIU Foundation’s mission.

Board Members are elected to three-year terms, and each member may serve three consecutive terms for a total of nine years. The President of Å·²©ÓÎÏ·¹ÙÍø Illinois University and the Vice President for Institutional Advancement serve as ex-officio, non-voting Board members. 

The Board meets quarterly and has five committees (Executive, Development, Membership, Investment, and Standards) that convene quarterly alongside University representatives in order to carry forward the Foundation’s goals and objectives.
